Hannah is the BEST!! I have been part of her group now for a few months. I am learning so much about food and how we can use it to fight disease. As a cancer survivor I know how important that is. Learning about a plant forward approach to meals has been so fun. She does a cook with me Monday where we all cook with each other on Zoom. Here is a pic of one of those meals.
