Hannah is the BEST!! I have been part of her group now for a few months. I am learning so much about food and how we can use it to fight disease. As a cancer survivor I know how important that is. Learning about a plant forward approach to meals has been so fun. She does a cook with me Monday where we all cook with each other on Zoom. Here is a pic of one of those meals. Hannah not only teaches you so many things about the nutrition in the foods you eat but how mindset is such a huge part of how your body reacts to foods as well. I have added so many healthy foods I had never tried before and now a lot of them are my favorite part of what I fuel my body with.
